5 THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW

ABOUT YOUR OWN BODY

Our body is a magnificent machine. It is our foundation to continue working and living so it's important to take care of it. It's relevant to stay healthy and stay fit. However, there are ten things that you didn't know about your own body, and these ten things are:

1. We change height just by actually what time of day it is. On average, you're 1 inch taller when you wake up in the morning. In the morning, your height is added at about 1 inch because of all the stretching you've done after a long sleep. From all the stretching, your body will become flexible and will become longer making you more taller in the morning than at night. When you sleep, excess fluids will build up inside your spinal disc and the stress of standing in a day causes the fluid to seep out making you lose height.

2. You're losing intelligence as you age. Some people think that while you get older, you'll get smarter. But it is the other way around. Every single day, you're losing more than 1,000 brain cells since your brain is working continuously even when you're sleeping or watching daytime TV. When you wake up, your brain is in crunch time, working hard to replenish your daytime functions to peak efficiency.

3. You're never too young. Did you know that your skin is already aging by your early 20s? A 20 year old loses collagen in her face at the same rate as a 40 year old. By using full-strength products right away, you can help delay collagen loss, and other signs of aging.

4. You can boil half a gallon of water through your body heat. Body warmth is necessary to keep us alive, but the heat we generate is so high that in only thirty minutes you'd have generated enough to boil half a gallon of water.

5. The strongest muscle in the human body is the tongue and the hardest bone is the jawbone.
